Shrove Tuesday

Well It had to be a photo of our pancakes today didn't it!

Usually we would cheat and use pancake mix but Gem made them from scratch this year, courtesy of Delia Smith's recipe! They've definitely passed my taste test, plus there's enough of the mixture left for breakfast tomorrow!
