Pancake day but......

..........my kids much preferred a chunky chocolate chip cookie instead!! I always remember eating homemade pancakes when I was little but the kids today didn't have the same enthusiasm so after the pancakes "bombed" they asked for a cookie instead!!

Sitting now and watching the Brits 2012 so I am off..see you tomorrow.
