Flippin' pancake day

Bit predictable today I know - and I didn't even take it.

Last year my pancakes were a bit of a disaster but this year was an improvement and as my other half couldn't toss his he had to take the pic while I did! Not a great shot in my yucky kitchen but he actually caught the pancake in mid air.

Should really give up something for Lent - but I definitely can't do without chocolate for that long!
