Pancake Day

Made savoury pancakes tonight for Pancake Day - posh mushrooms and butternut squash mixed with creme fraiche and thyme. Haven't had savoury pancakes much before, was pleasantly surprised :)

Now onto the main event - sweet pancakes with nutella!
