Not the easiest thing to produce simultaneous pancakes and crumpets for 5.

Especially not when Some People who "don't like pancakes anyway" insist on pouring an entire bottle of easy pour syrup over the top of their pancake thus creating a golden syrup fountain and in the panic causing the next pancake to weld itself to the pan.
