Well actually it might not be Scott but he was entering an underpass. I thought I should contact the authorities.

There has been much talk today of the intrusive security cameras, do they protect us, do they spy on us, do they do any good?

I shall try to follow Scott to see what he does? He might be up to some illegal activity. He might not. But I think we should be told.
