Today marked our one year anniversary! Yippee! One year down, many more to go!

To celebrate this special day, I made my handsome man a delicious swordfish dinner, with roasted red potatoes and asparagus, as you can see. It paired nicely with that wine, too! I discovered, upon making this meal, that swordfish is really easy to make! Easy breezy. Too bad it's $23 per lb.

We snuggled by the fire, and enjoyed our lovely evening, remembering the past year, and all the wonderful memories...and all the memories to come!
