Happy Birthday Hambo!

We ate out as a special treat for Hamish. He decided that he wanted to try 'Ketchup', where 'burgers are fresh and healthy'. Lucie had checked it out on tripadvisor.co.uk and the reviews weren't all good. However, it hit exactly the right spot with us this evening. We polished off 'Jumping Jack Flash', 'Black and Blue', and 'Crackerjack' burgers, and Hamish was presented with a free birthday knickerbocker glory.

I baked a delish cake today. It is a Lemon, Pistachio and Poppyseed cake. As it is more than likely to be another 5 years before I bake again, I thought I'd better snap it!
