Long Live the Stamp!

I have had this pendant for over a year now. A friend gave it to me when she was packing up & getting ready to move back to her hometown. I took a quick glance at it, loved the color & the picture but never got around to notice anything else. All I know is it was given to my friend by a girl she knew who made it by sticking the stamp on a tiny tile & layered a clear resin over it.
Then today I notice it says Weybridge, Surrey 4 May 1976. Wow, love this even more! 6-1/2 Pence is about 10 cents in American money.
