Where Love reaches out
like the petals of a Rose,
Enigmatic - its stretching arms.

Such a glamour model
dictates verbatim the pro's and cons of attachment
and bustles within itself - to Pose.

Red and cramped, yet unwilted
shorn of a ritual day in the year,
Valentines, fervent - without colour.

Although these will shed silken drops
The Love which borne them, will not.
