Barge Up

I went up to Paddington Basin this afternoon as it said 10C on the weather forecast for this area. They lied. The wind was absolutely freezing. I ended up in the cafe!! This was the best picture I took with my frozen fingers and I didn't bring my gloves or scarf. The balmy 15C they forecast has decreased to 8C so I am very disappointed. :-(
