A taste of the sea

Finally a bit of sunshine today!! Which made me miss the sea more than ever...I will not have a chance to enjoy the sea at home in Italy this year and my body is feeling the strain. A day on a quiet beach does wonders on the body.

I decided to go for the next best thing today: seafood!!! I treated myself to grilled squid, marinated in a cajun and herb mix, with a hearty salad with roasted sweet peppers...yum yum.

Not as god as the beach but it can do for a thurdsay evening :)
