Landscape tart

BT, DVLA, Gas & Electric, all put to rights but I've still got mine to sort.

Keeping clear of my aged neighbours is not very nice, but it's in their interest that I don't wish them to catch the dreaded lurgy, so I smile and wave at a distance, they all seem so very sweet and nice.
