Red House Hill

In the 60's and 70's I spent a lot of time in the Sandybed area of Scarborough and I usually drove home down a steep hill on the edge of Falsgrave Park because it gave me this very different view of familiar Scarborough sights.

The sea, of course, but also on the left the Grand Hotel and on the right the Esplanade Hotel.

Visiting Sandybed again today I drove again down Red House Hill, and paused to blip the view.
