Grass

Just over the A428 (promise I'll blip it soon...) on the far side of the cycle-hostile roundabouts is a field of this stuff. No idea what it is but it's seriously tall - I'm squatting down a bit but not by much.

This stuff might be what S will be eating for the next 40 days and 40 nights - he's vegetarian, and trying veganism for Lent.

I think I might rather fancy a nice cheesy omelette tomorrow...


Meanwhile, it's pancakes. Hmm, never had fried potatoes and onions in pancakes before - rather like it. (To be clear, these are in different pancakes to the lemon and syrup...)
