The rugged rock

Morpeth men's book appreciation society

Monthly book group. We use a randomly generated book genre which one of us turns into a book choice. This month's selector rightly complained that a zombie theme was hardly likely to produce a decent work and so it proved with the abject World War Z by Max Brooks. A more monotonous misanthropic book is difficult to imagine. The author's voice in all its narrow ignorant glory predominates like a film pitch by an adolescent with hyperactivity whose view of the world has been derived from video games. Fortunately my fellow book groupies are more generous. Next genre music
