I'm at home in Massachusetts for two weeks, its been a great vacation. Had a sweet afternoon with Billy-- joined him on a bike while he put in 8.5 miles at 6:40 pace, taught him a bunch of core exercises and lifting techniques, and we had a hilarious photo shoot. Wish he'd move to Reno!
