Feeling dislocated.....

.....and a bit crabby this morning, naff nights sleep, the shoulder that popped out of it's socket a couple of years ago was giving me grief in the early hours......y'know I MIGHT have to go see about it if it doesn't get any better......

Today's withdrawal from the Bank of Frozen Good Intentions looks like it might be curried something or other for lunch......or not.....luckily it's not an industrial-sized bag this time....and fish fingers and chips for tea
