A restless native

Another wet and windy day here at the place the sun don't shine.
That's not strictly true, the sun did try briefly, but the cloud had other ideas.
Today was about setting up this actuator which drives the storm tank penstock permitting storm water to flow into the pumping station wet well when the level allows.
Have driven it back and fore (or should I say up and down) and set it up, eventually!
It was so wet at one point, the infra red comms on my ipaq kept failing.
I still have to test it's operation in automatic, but that's a job for another month now
