St Laurence and the oaf

A reliquary containing the bones of St Laurence (allegedly!) in St Laurence's Church, Chorley.

I don't do well in this church. The first time I visited I nearly tripped over the base of the altar and involuntarily uttered a very rude word. When I went in there today I noticed on my way out that I had left muddy footprints on the freshly hoovered carpet. Sorry about that!
