Office Frustration

Its amazing how much time we spend doing things we cannot stand, work for example, what a tedious way to spend a day!

I am one of these people who like to spend the majority of my time out doors doing, well, just stuff. I have to be on the move expending energy, usually with the aid of one of my three bikes. So imagine the levels of fidgeting involved when I am stuck at work for 8.5 hours a day, this is usually translated into time spent on the internet such as Flickr and Blipfoto, which I usually get caught browsing, or mindlessly doodling on my scribble pad, desperately waiting for the clock to hit 5 o clock.

Maybe a change is required............
