A Very Special Dog

I couldn't tell for sure if this is a special buggy, specially designed for those very special pooches who might need a little bit of a lift on those occasions when they are feeling a little bit, well, special.

To be fair to the little critter, he was in the buggy sporting his cone of shame because he had had an operation on his knee-cap, after it had slipped out of place. Ouch.

I know that, as I felt I had to strike up a polite conversation with Poochie's owner before I could whip the camera out and bag my blip.

What I wish I had asked was... "Is that a special doggy buggy? And did the pet insurance pay for it, or what?"
