Wall Eye

This horse that I met today had a 'wall eye', that is one blue eye and one brown eye which gave it quite a strange look. She is 4 years old and due to foal for the first time in May.

I have often seen wall eyed sheep dogs and they are quite popular with farmers as they say that the sheep are more wary of them.

Bill who is leaning on the gate is a very interesting chap, he has kept shire horses all his life and his father before him, he now judges shire horses at shows.
