don't stop me now

New running shoes! I spent an hour in the 'proper' running shop this afternoon and feel like i'm running on air now. A massive improvement on my old ones so I have high hopes that combined with a bit of grit, there will be no stopping me now! Christened them with a 4k run at Jog Scotland tonight.
