Tired eyes

Well this week must be over soon! It's been a horrible and emotional week-if I live to tell the story it will be a Miracle!! Another hard day on placement - where I was made to look crap!
And then I went to do my usual classes in the gym - but due to being so tired I almost puked and went all dizzy and pale! Whoops!!!!

Maybe I am in need of a lifestyle change?? Coffee and work and more coffee and more work is not working for me right now!!!!
