New Old Stuff

On the way home from work today I took a detour to pick up some old manual camera stuff for £VeryCheap. Some stuff i'm not all that interested in and will probably sell on to make it £Free. The less interesting stuff is a Pentax ME Super film body and a 70-150mm f3.5 Zoom lens (thinking about keeping this but not sure what i'd use it for).

More exciting was the Pentax-M 50mm f1.7, used to take this shot, and the 28mm f2.8 prime, the subject of this shot. I'm thinking the 28mm will be a good shout for gig photography as it has more useable field of view than the 50mm. As an extra added bonus, the filter thread diameter on the 28mm is 52mm - the same as my kit lens, so I can use the same welding glass filter and cheapo wide angle converter with it.
