Soap Saver
If you use bar soap (which you should btw - but only the best handmade, of course), you are familiar with the dilemma of what to do with the tiny slivers at the end of the bar's life. Oh sure, we've all tried to 'adhere' it to the new bar so we don't waste a bit, which is always a ridiculous challenge. Some frugal people tell me that they save them and melt them down as they attempt to make new bars from the leftovers. Just so you know, soap is not wax and does not melt easily. If you add water and heat it, it will turn into a gloppy mess, which could be dried and turned into some form of icky soap (there is such a thing as melt and pour soap - a very different animal).
I've discovered this handy reusable net bag that provides a simple solution. Simply place your little leftovers inside and use the bag to wash yourself and others, thereby using up every single sliver.
Yes, it is available on my website, at a very reasonable price. Inquire within.
PS: It's made in the USA.
