Last week the sister responsible for convalescence suggested that as I have 6 weeks off work, I should learn 6 new skills. This week's sister has entered into the spirit by bringing her calligraphy kit and showing me how to do Early Uncial script. It was very challenging - but absorbing and I shall continue practising. It must be so hard learning to write!
We liked this shot because of the red card and blue inky water - but also as a reminder of a very companiable few days.
