Last Look?

I sort of like this shot, but I have a question for the Lady-Blippers:

Yesterday morning I stopped by a coffee shop and noticed two young women in their late 20's - early 30's who looked quite stylish. One had bright red shoes, patterned black stockings and black and white checkered skirt. I wanted to ask her if I could take her photo, but I decided not to. These days it seems if any unknown male approaches a woman they think you're a pervert or at least have an ulterior motive. I don't. I'm a father of 4, a grandfather of 5, and I love my wife. Unfortunately, I am about 6'2" and big.

So, I missed yet another cool photo. Any recommendations?
