Spinning Sezo

Another thing I love to do is spinning. I spin on a spinning wheel, called Persephone (or Percy when she's good) and I have many spindles. Whilst I enjoy my wheel, I first learnt to spin on spindles and I absolutely love the process of spindle spinning.

A friend of mine, Linda, gave me some of her hand-dyed fibre to test spin, and this is the copful of that fluff, fluff into yarn :)

And I decided to learn a bit more about the Nikon Viewy thingy and play with the settings so now I have a very arty looking monochrome piece of spinning (although the real yarn is whole kaleidoscope of colours).
