Terracotta and Regatta

I loved the colour of these terracotta tiles, which I found at the back of a hotel pub in Funchal. Out beyond them is some sort of regatta - lots of brightly coloured boats. I've never seen quite so many sailing along like that, all together. It was really very cool.

After taking this photo, I went back to my beer.
