Getting Ready To run

Apologies for a bad shot of a book cover - time is not on my side. I'm preparing for my first trip since I got back in mid-October. That's the longest I've been stranded in one place since 1983!
It will be my fourth visit to Costa Rica and, apart from one captive, this is probably the best shot I'll get of a toucan. Lots of other wildlife to blip though.
