Wattle

I've been helping a friend who is clearing a lot of wattle trees from his neighbours section. Most people here consider the wattle to be a weed, which has to be cleared. This shot hasn't captured the depth of colour of the wedge, which I think looks quite attractive. It is quite hard, when mature and makes excellent firewood.
Hence my helping hand !
