I find this pic funny. It's hanging in reception of Sport Scotland.....just beside Chris Hoy's portrait.

It's got Euan Burton the Olympic judo player, vanessa my old colleague n me in it. Think it was just before Beijing! The past life as a physiologist was a mighty challenging one but I learnt loads.

Had an ok day delivering a coaching course, but always room to do better! I'm sleepy now!
