Pie anyone?

It was a late night of TV watching last night where the Olympics and the AB's all played on into the wee small hours! And what a day it's been for New Zealand in Beijing too! NZ had ZERO medals yesterday and now we have 5!! The biggest day in NZ Olympic history! An awesome day for the Kiwis :)

I had a bit of a recuperative, slothful, domestic day to catch up on energy lost after the late night. Caught up with plenty of washing, talked on the phone a while, did a bit of tidying, took time for myself to just sit and ponder life and baked an egg and bacon pie! It's a recipe from a friend and, as I recall, it tastes every bit as good cold as it does piping hot.

That's tea fixed then...........

Back to the Olympics now!!
