Cheese

A vieux Cantal and a glorious St. Nectaire, both from big Frank's cheese cabinet. Interestingly, this St. Nectaire was labelled "declasse" ie. not AOC because it was too ugly (!) and therefore cost 2 euros a kilo less. Looked pretty handsome to me and tasted gorgeous.
