Matlock Town Hall

This evening I was at a public consultation for the current governments 'A New Youth Offer'.
The cabinet minister for 'Young People' delivered the usual rhetoric on how they are going to deliver the same as before but better with less money....
As is usual when someone says this the audience soon delivers questions that can't be answered and a lively debate ensued!!!
One of the more interesting points made from the floor when it came to facts and figures was that Derbyshire was already working at about 50% under what should be the current criteria for services to the 'Young People'.
Now this is to be cut, more doom and gloom for the youth of today!
