Realised my phone contract was available to be updated and had been looking to change my phone anyway.....

After several discussion and visits to the phone shop(I know, how hard can it be to decide!!!) I made my decision and left a very excited customer, keen to get stuck in....


4 hours later of trying every possible way known to mankind to transfer my contacts from old to new phone it was nearly flushed down the pan!!!

Back to shop today to be told, "Oh no your right, your two phones are incompatable, we need to do it for you, you need a special wee card thingy(dont ask me!!) as my sim cards are different sizes...We should have told you that yesterday.....WTF???!!!

So then the conversation continued with me stating you are all useless idiots who can't comminucate properly perhaps they may want to remember to inform people in the future.

Anyhoo, new phone now working and just fab so a day later but am now a happy chick:) (except I cant seem to get a blipfoto app, so emailed blipfoto as don't think I can go back to shop!!!
