I didn't want to do a football blip today but I have nothing else.

On the left is Gary Powell, first team coach, putting the players through their paces during the pre-match warm up. As a player Gary started his career at Everton. He was part of the TNS championship winning side and had the honour of scoring Rhyl's first ever goal in the Champions League.

On the right is Stefan Cox who has been on loan with us for the past month. He has been a breath of fresh air during his time with us. He has electrifying pace and bags of skill. Today was his last game for us. Unless of course we can extend his loan spell.

For the record we won 4-0 and are sitting eight points clear at the top of the league.
