Ashworth Valley
Ashworth Valley is a steep sided wooded valley, with lots of streams and waterfalls. But this ruined mill is a lovely spot, near a waterfall and river tunnel.
I almost had another blip first today: on my shortlist of possible entries were a few that have no man-made element at all, including, in particular, the one with the very odd tree root that can be seen here.
But I stuck to my principle of choosing the picture that I think is best and then throw myself on the mercy of the blip community. I like the way the mill is being eaten by the woods.
I also could have used this one in which I saw a Turin Shroud like face.
