A tale of two chimneys

So I get up really early to go flying 'cos I need aerial shots of a biomass power plant near Loch Leven and want to get there before the mid-day wind kicks in.

After a few miles in the air I notice the large chimney smoke I've been looking for. Quick check of the map, yep that's it. Morning sun is shining, all looking good.

I'm happily filming away for twenty mins or so, then as I'm lining up for my fourth flyby I notice another large chimney about 7 or 8 miles north...

...anyway, to cut a long story short, if Shell Oil ever want a corporate video featuring their oil refinery in Fife, I've got a really good head start. Ooops. Well at least I got a Blip out of it whilst I was there.
