A Turning Point

Time has caught up on me. I noticed it today, when the joints were a bit sore and the belly even wobblier than before. Hmmmm..... Yes it's time to take action.

A beautiful day in Edinburgh today with mainly blue skies, although the odd brief shower crept by now and then. It was quiet at work. Not the sort of weather that brings people to us - bring on the rain, wind, snow and ice please! What can you do though - there is no doubt we are living in a recession hit country. I'm looking forward to my day off tomorrow, although the planned baking course doesn't fit so well with my new self development plan. Never mind, there is always Monday.
