Art or Crime?

What motivates graffiti vandalism?

Fame? Rebellion? Self-Expression? Power?

This sort of generic graffiti is an eyesore. It angers me. It is not art. If it was, surely we'd see it decorated over the 'artists' own homes and vehicles - which is not the case.

If you don't own it - don't abuse it.
