Another food blip!

Now those of you who follow my journal know why I exercise so much! I eat a lot of nice food!

Tonight we had friends round for roast dinner and pudding was Col's hot chocolate fudge cake. Very nice indeed!

Tomorrow I've need to head to my home town as I had the sad news that my cousin lost a long fight with cancer on Wednesday and her funeral is on Monday. So sad as she was only 55. I lesson to us all to appreciate those around us who bring us happiness. It's certainly made me think about how lucky I am.
