I think I have finally mastered the fruit tart!
After years of soggy bottoms... burnt tops.....squidgy middles..... I have cracked it!
It was a triumph!
Just a thought..... I have just realised that it's nearly two years since I started blipping! What on earth does one do...? Two years - do I celebrate or just treat it as another day?
