Raffle Winner

Look what Mr. Odd Days won in a raffle yesterday! A new car...new to us that is! It's a 1990 with 307,000 miles on it. Radio doesn't work, glove box pops open when car accelerates, some rust on the hood, etc. But what a perfect first car for The Boy when he gets his license in a couple of months! As Mr. Odd Days put it, if The Boy hits a pole, we will be more worried about the pole than the car. Can't complain for $10.

Side note: The red brick building in the background is where we live. We have the entire second floor of that building! It's a rental while we wait (still) for our Washington house to sell. Hoping to have good news on that front soon. But no offers yet.
