Old Friends

I spent the day with some old friends. Andy is gone and I am supposed to be resting, so I pulled out some movies that I've seen so many times I have memorised, but haven't watched in several years. I watched the extended editions of course! I had forgotten how much I love these movies. It seems like forever ago that I was re-reading the books and anxiously awaiting the release of the second and third movies.

Lest you think I am completely lazy I did manage to do several loads of laundry, run the dishwasher and eat all three requisite meals rather than popcorn and junk food.

It's not as good as skiing on a Saturday, but since I can't do that it is a reasonable substitute.
