Pinnicle

After a relaxing weekend at Sanbonani near Hazyview, we today took a drive up the eastern escarpment to Graskop, where we took in some of the sightseeing, and enjoyed a lovely pancake lunch.

This shot is of the 'Pinnicle', a large square monolith of rock, rising up off the floor of the gorge. The view down the valley towards the Mocambique border is always breathtaking, particularly if one is lucky enough to get a perfectly clear day.
