Day 49 - Burro

This is one of the famous burro taxis in Mijas. I know a lot of people don't agree with them, but luckily a few years ago an English vet living in the area pestered the local council so much that they enforced rules on how the donkeys are looked after, so they have to be treated much better. The vet constantly comes to check up to make sure things are as they should be. They are part of the village's history with it being up in the mountains and Mijas are well known for them.

My husband had two donkeys at the farm he used to live on as a child and he's very fond of them.
