We set off for Faugères this morning hoping to have coffee on the terrace of the café there with a view of the Pyrenees but in spite of the bright sunshine and 15 C temperature the wind made it a bit chilly to sit outside, and anyway the Pyrenees were hidden although we could see the cloud formations along the mountain tops. It wasn't a wasted journey, though, because we found that the wine caveau was open so we bought a few bottles and found this old piece of machinery outside. I think it was for separating the grapes from the stalks.
Home for lunch of barbecued lamb chops, onions and red peppers - a good Sunday so far!
PS The Exif data looks quite mad because in my excitement at seeing this machine I forgot to change the settings after taking food photos in the kitchen before I went out!
